This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Community-style Homes Opus Health offers 3 gender-separate locations in beautiful Newport Beach, California. 2 homes are residential and 1 provides medical detox. Up-scale residential homes house 6 clients at a time providing a tight-knit, community-style of living during recovery. Clients share semi-private rooms equipped with queen sized beds, modern furnishings, and an abundance of natural light. Delicious healthy meals are provided so clients can focus on recovery. Outside, clients can enjoy a barbecue grill and an outdoor patio. The facility allows clients to bring cellphones and laptops. Treatment Approach Opus Health offers medical detox. They provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychological and psychiatric care, daily doctor’s visits, and ongoing support from a knowledgeable, caring staff. Opus Health fosters a bio-psycho-spiritual model of care. The goal is to heal and treat the underlying root causes of addiction, rather than just treating the symptoms. Medical services, evidence-based therapies, and medication management are all available for clients in need of dual diagnosis care. 12-Step facilitation is a key component of Opus Health, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, eye movement therapy (EMDR), meditation and mindfulness, and family counseling. In addition, Opus Health’s holistic approach includes spiritual development, fitness, nutritional education, and group outings such as surfing, rock climbing, and days at the beach.
