Tree House Recovery PDX helps treat men who are struggling with addictions such as alcohol and drugs as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Tree House Recovery PDX approaches recovery with a holistic mindset, and they focus on optimizing the body and mind through physical activity and nutrition that leads to sober living. Tree House Recovery PDX believes in healing the mind through modalities such as addiction education, individual therapy, literary therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and group therapy. Physical healing is supported through experiential therapy, fitness therapy, yoga, camping, triathlons, cross fit classes, and gym memberships. Tree House Recovery PDX accepts most major insurances including Tricare. Tree House Recovery PDX offers sober living in a residential area. The clients are encouraged to participate in family meals. The facility has outdoor seating and a comfortable common area for clients to enjoy their down time. Clients are encouraged to get out and explore the community and get involved. Clients learn how to cook healthy meals through nutrition education.
