If you share the name of your insurance carrier, we run a quick verification to confirm what levels of care — detox, residential, IOP — are in-network, and what your out-of-pocket cost would be. You see the numbers, not us.
We present 2–3 real options
Every program we match you with is licensed, actively accepting patients, and fits both your clinical profile and budget. We explain the differences in plain language — not marketing copy — so you can compare honestly.
You decide — or you don’t
If one of the options feels right, we do a warm hand-off to admissions and stay on the line. If nothing fits, that is okay too. You can call back anytime. We do not put your number into any follow-up queue unless you ask us to.
