Milestones Residential Trauma Therapy, part of the Onsite family, helps adults heal from trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and codependency in a safe, home-like setting. This immersive residential level of care offers 30- to 90-day stays, small groups, and individualized plans. Backed by Onsite’s legacy, the program blends clinical excellence with warm hospitality and whole-person care. Clinicians use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic therapies, and attachment-based work to process painful memories and calm the nervous system. Guided groups, mindfulness, and experiential activities build connection, boundaries, and emotional regulation. This integrated model reduces anxiety and depression, supports trauma resolution, and strengthens resilience so gains in treatment translate into everyday life. Guests stay in a comfortable home with private or shared bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and welcoming common areas. Nutritious farm-to-table meals support steady energy and mood. Indoor lounges and outdoor spaces invite rest, reflection, and movement. Staff coordinate travel and arrivals for a smooth start, removing distractions so the setting supports rest and meaningful change.
