They take a holistic perspective, and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with meditation and mindfulness, group therapy, and faith-based options from a Christian perspective. Still Waters Recovery and Wellness offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP), extended outpatient programs, and aftercare. Clients participate in individual counseling, online group therapy, and internet lessons.
