Clear Life Recoveryhelps clients start on the right foot to recoverywith medical detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and sober living aftercare. Meeting each person where they are, Clear Life helps clients envision a healthier future as they enjoy coastal experiences, build practical life skills, and find community, establishing steady steps toward long-lasting recovery in a hope-filled setting. Clear Life helps clients steady their minds, restore their bodies, and reconnect with purpose. Methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and SMART Recovery meetings help clientsovercome obstacles to sobriety. Experiential options like fitness training, art and music therapy, equine experiences, and nature outings furtherestablish healthy routines, regulate stress, and build communityas clinicians adapt plans to each person. Shared rooms and relaxed lounge areas providea calm home base, with well-maintained bathrooms and nutritious, chef-supported meals that make settling in easy. Clients have access to fitness spaces and quiet nooks for reading or reflection and enjoy time relaxing by the pool. Staff arrange beach and park outings and handle travel logistics, bringing fresh air, reflection, and steady momentum between sessions. After the residential program, Clear Lifeemphasizes step-down support and accountability. Clients may transition to sober living, virtual and in-person intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and practice life skills like time management, financial basics, communication, and relapse prevention while establishing new routines back home. Alumni groups and referrals to community resources extend momentum so gains during treatment translate into confident, long-term recovery at home, work, school, and within supportive, sober relationships.
