At Start Up Recovery and Wellness, each client’s personalized plan combines Eastern practices, Western modalities, and biohacking. Eastern practices such as acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, reiki, and Qi Gong harmonize with Western approaches like psychiatry, individual therapy, somatic therapy, and family therapy. Holistic techniques—including chiropractic care, lymphatic massage, and functional medicine—work alongside biohacking strategies like bioresonance, electromagnetic, and red light therapy.
