CSP adopts an individualized, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach, emphasizing each client's health, wellness, and recovery. The program provides therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), substance use treatment, and a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) program with skills groups. These therapies are designed to help clients develop coping strategies, manage symptoms, and achieve greater stability and independence. CSP offers various living situations, including therapeutic, crisis, and peer-supported housing, encompassing licensed homes and peer-run residences, as well as transitional options.
