The retreat runs at the Bina Maya Yallingup Escape, a coastal resort in Western Australia, 3 hours south of Perth. A day at the retreat starts with a workout, transitions to a time of personal discovery and developing healthier habits, and finishes with time in the afternoon and evening to relax. Evening activities include optional massages, Bowen therapy, walking, and 1-on-1 time with a health coach. They include 2 massages or Bowen therapies in the package, and guests can book more.
