Located in Vestiaria, Portugal, Vida Innova is a residential addiction treatment program offering 6-8 week treatment programs. Their trained staff provide individual and group counseling sessions that incorporate both evidence-based and holistic therapies. Vida Innova’s treatment approach is based on the Minnesota Model of addiction, incorporating 12-Step facilitation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and yoga into their overall therapeutic offerings. While in the program, clients will have the opportunity to participate in adventure outings to local castles, parks, theaters, beaches, and museums.
