Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Shepherd House is a residential program that helps pregnant mothers and mothers with infants recover from substance use disorders. Many residents also face mental health concerns, and chronic conditions like homelessness as well. The program lasts 90 days, with the option to stay up to eight months. It gives families the chance to heal together and build healthy, stable lives. The program uses individual and group counseling, case management, and wellness activities to support recovery. Clients take part in evidence-based care and holistic therapies like meditation, art therapy, and recreational activities. The center also connects families with pediatric and prenatal or postpartum care, creating a strong support network for lasting recovery and healthy parenting. Residents live in a shared, welcoming environment with group meals that create a sense of community. Clients enjoy spaces for therapy, relaxation, and creative expression, both indoors and outdoors. Staff help families access medical care, social services, and other resources they need for daily living and long-term independence.
