This outpatient practice specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and compulsive behaviors, including OCD and pornography addiction. They offer individual, couples, family, and child therapy, as well as intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Care is available for children, teens ages 13-17, young adults 18-27, and adults, with both in-person and online options. Their programs are a structured path to healing, typically running 4 days a week for 12–16 weeks. Therapists use a trauma-informed and connection-based approach grounded in compassion. They use evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), brainspotting, internal family systems (IFS), and exposure therapy. The center emphasizes creating a safe, shame-free environment where patients are known by name and supported through collaborative care, with sessions tailored to individual symptoms and goals. Specialized programs include a variety of processing Groups and LGBTQ+ counseling. Youth and teen services, such as play-based child therapy and parenting support, are also available. Their online therapy expands access for patients who cannot travel. They accept various insurance plans and provide a Good Faith Estimate for self-pay individuals.
