New Beginning Transitional and Treatment Center for Women in Lakeland, Florida, is a residential program that supports women in recovery from substance use and untreated mental health conditions. Set beside Lake Parker, the program spans 8–10 months and follows a therapeutic community model designed for long-term recovery and personal growth. Participants move through a structured four-phase process, guided by individualized treatment plans. Services include therapy, case management, vocational development, daily living skills, coping strategies, and family reunification. Each woman’s care is tailored to meet her unique goals and needs. Referrals are accepted on both voluntary and involuntary bases, and all clients receive a comprehensive evaluation upon admission to guide their treatment path. The center provides services without discrimination and ensures care is delivered in the least restrictive setting, referring to external resources when additional support is needed.
