Trapping Brook House (TBH) is a recovery center in New York for adult men in the early stages of recovery from substance use disorder. They help residents transition from rehab back into the community by focusing on personal growth, responsibility, and sober living in a home-like setting. Residents live in shared rooms and take part in daily chores to keep the home clean. Meals are planned and shared, and there is a routine with group meetings and activities.
