The team helps individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring challenges navigate recovery using structured, community-based care that builds real-life skills and supports personal goals. The center follows a person-centered, trauma-informed approach supported by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
