The Dorm New York City is a mental health treatment organization focused on empowering young adults (ages 18–30) to lead independent, resilient lives. Since 2009, this family-owned program has offered a uniquely personal and community-based approach to care. Their partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) support a clinically diverse group with flexible, individualized treatment that fosters long-term growth and connection. Clients at The Dorm collaborate with expert clinicians to build personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals. Services include evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), with an emphasis on building life skills and independence.
