Spring Gardens focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit by addressing the root cause of addiction instead of just the symptom. Spring Gardens offers IOP, outpatient, a 30 day residential program, and a 2 week detox program for those who do not have the time for an extended program. Spring Gardens utilizes evidence-based practices, such as CBT and DBT. In addition to evidence-based therapy, Spring Gardens incorporates unique holistic therapies such as pet therapy, guided meditation, massage therapy, medically supervised sauna therapy, and acupuncture. The campus is located on a 4.5 acre gated facility in Spring Hill, Florida. Men and women are housed in separate wings, with private and semi-private bedrooms.
