South Carolina Addiction Treatment offers medical detox and residential treatment for substance use in the Greenville area. Treatment is available for alcohol, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, opioids, prescription drugs, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Doctors, nurses, and physician’s assistants make up the medical team, ensuring that detox is safe and effective with around the clock care. Master level therapists, recovery coaches, and mentors implement a 12-Step and evidence based recovery program. Treatment combines education about disease of addiction, triggers, and the recovery process with practicing tools to help ensure lasting recovery. South Carolina Addiction Treatment believes in family involvement and offers family support therapy to help rebuild trust and support both the person in recovery and their loved ones. Each client has their choice of a private or semi-private room as well as access to common lounge and outdoor areas. A staff chef prepares nutritious meals for participants, so they can focus on recovery.
