Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Solutions Retreat is a licensed residential rehab center in Nashville that helps men and veterans recover from alcoholism, addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Fully accredited and approved by Veterans Affairs, the center uses a long-term, in-depth approach that goes beyond surface-level recovery. Their focus is on helping each client stay clean and sober, with care that’s personal, private, and built to last. Their method centers on “Experience-Recovery,” an active therapy approach that avoids lectures and focuses on one-on-one work, movement, and honest connection. Therapies include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodrama, trauma processing, and motivational interviewing. These evidence-based and holistic methods help clients break old habits, process pain, and stay engaged in real change, day by day. Clients live in a home-like setting with shared rooms and access to outdoor spaces overlooking Radnor Lake. They enjoy fresh, home-cooked meals, access to a health club, and support from staff around the clock. Travel support is included, with airport pickups available. The relaxed environment includes a porch, nature trails, and time to connect with the Nashville recovery community.
