Solace Treatment

They offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) to treat both mental health or substance use disorders. The components of the programming includes medication management, individual and group therapy, holistic therapies, psychiatric care and evaluation, psychoeducation about addiction and relapse and life skills training. The most common forms of therapy used at Solace include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), however they tailor their treatment to meet the needs of each individual. They specialize in providing mental health care for college students as their workload is often heavy and mental wellbeing is crucial to their success. College students can attend their age-specific intensive outpatient program which includes assessment, evaluation, group therapy, individual therapy, aftercare planning, family engagement and communication with school, doctors, therapists and other relevant individuals.
