The first phase of the residential program includes 28 days of treatment with 3 groups a day, 7 days a week. The weekly group themes range from Feelings Awareness, Sobriety Maintenance, Stress Management and Assertiveness Training. Clients must stay on-site during this period and cannot have access to personal devices. The 2nd phase can last for up to 6 months and includes groups several nights a week and individual counseling sessions. Residents must go off-site to look for work, attend support meetings, go to school, volunteers etc. during this period of time. They can also have access to personal devices during the day, but must return them at night before bed. After finishing residential treatment, the clients can attend outpatient program at Sobriety House and live in their gender-specific sober living apartments.
