Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness offers mental health services for children who are Medi-Cal beneficiaries. They offer therapeutic services in Spanish and English to children struggling with emotional disturbances and/or substance use disorders. They run an access line that is available 24/7 where interested parties can call for more information.
