Rooted Stillness

Rooted Stillness specializes in providing structured outpatient groups through their day treatment (partial hospitalization) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for individuals with mental health or substance use disorders. They combine evidence-based and holistic therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), yoga, and sound baths to effectively address symptoms and underlying causes. Their programs offer family therapy, group counseling, medication management, and 1-on-1 counseling. Rooted Stillness also offers daily online group therapy sessions that consist of process groups, where clients can share their personal experiences and receive peer support. They also cover topics like coping skills, managing emotions, and relapse prevention during group sessions.
