Conveniently located off South West 13th Street near South West Donovan Avenue in Bend, the clinic provides care for individuals and families facing mental health and substance use challenges. Outpatient counseling is available for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering timely support in a compassionate and professional setting. The clinic follows a trauma-informed, person-centered approach grounded in safety, compassion, and empowerment. Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing (MI). These therapies help individuals manage symptoms, build coping skills, and improve overall well-being. Treatment plans are tailored to each person's strengths, goals, and needs. Clients also have access to specialized services including equine-assisted psychotherapy, certified peer support, and family-focused programming. Outpatient services are designed to address dual diagnosis cases with cross-trained clinicians in both mental health and substance use.
