Located just off Power Road on Baywood Avenue across from Banner Heart Hospital’s parking garage, Recovia Mesa Baywood offers outpatient care for chronic pain, mental health concerns, and substance use. Clients work closely with licensed behavioral health providers, physical therapists, and medical practitioners. Every visit includes coordinated support that addresses physical symptoms, emotional health, and overall function. Each treatment plan draws from evidence-based services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system education, and movement-based therapies. Physical therapy emphasizes safe movement, pain reduction, and body awareness, while the medical team provides non-narcotic medication support and health monitoring.
