Just off the I-17 and Northern Avenue exit in Phoenix, Recovia delivers outpatient treatment for chronic pain, mental health conditions, and substance use. Every visit includes a coordinated team of licensed behavioral health specialists, physical therapists, and medical providers who work together to treat both mind and body. Clients receive personalized support through a unified, multidisciplinary approach designed to restore daily function and long-term well-being. Recovia’s programs seamlessly combine behavioral therapy, physical rehabilitation, and medical care in one location. Treatment plans are customized for each client and may include pain education, emotional skill building, and new healthy routines. Services address the full person—thoughts, emotions, and physical health—guided by a consistent care team every step of the way. The clinic is located in a two-story white building on Northern Avenue, just east of the I-17 exit. Parking is available behind the building near the second staircase, with Suite 201 located on the second floor. From the first visit, clients experience coordinated care designed to reduce pain, build resilience, and improve both physical and emotional function.
