Located off I-17 and Loop 101 on the west side of 27th Avenue, just across from HonorHealth Hospital, Recovia Deer Valley offers outpatient care for chronic pain, mental health conditions, and substance use. Each visit includes support from licensed behavioral health specialists, physical therapists, and medical providers in a fully integrated, team-based model. By addressing the whole person, Recovia helps clients restore function, purpose, and quality of life. Rooted in a biopsychosocial model, Recovia combines evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness with pain science education, self-care training, and movement practices such as tai chi, yoga, and functional exercise. Physical therapy works to reduce nervous system hypersensitivity, while medical staff provide wellness checks, non-narcotic medications, and outpatient detox services. Care plans are personalized, adaptive, and designed to build resilience and restore balance. Clients find hope and healing through flexible scheduling, coordinated services under one roof, and a team committed to listening, guiding, and empowering each step of the way. Recovia accepts most private insurance, Medicare, and workers' compensation, making whole-person recovery accessible to those ready for change.
