Recovery By The Sea provides a variety of programs and treatment therapies to help adults struggling with addiction. Additionally, the center provides evidence-based and holistic therapies to address co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, bipolar, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and PTSD. Recovery By The Sea offers 12-Step meetings, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group and family therapy, 1-on-1 counseling, and EMDR. Holistic methods include art therapy, yoga and mediation, experiential therapies, adventure therapy, and spiritual care. Clients can complete an outpatient detox, substance abuse outpatient or Day Treatment, outpatient care, or sober living program as needed. Sober living housing offers gender-specific accommodations, shared rooms, a heated pool, TVs, on-site laundry, recreational activities, and provided local transportation. Recovery By The Sea is located minutes away from scenic beaches and the idyllic Atlantic coast. They are Joint Commission accredited and accept many major insurance carriers.
