Focus

You can get treatment for eating disorders at this center, helping you navigate symptoms, build coping tools, and restore your physical health under expert care.

Designed for teens ages 13-18 and adults 18+, this outpatient center provides partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) for eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. Services include medical evaluation, health education, and nutrition support. Complimentary assessments, offered in person or virtually, help patients determine the appropriate level of care. Located at 1950 Keene Road in Richland, the center also makes it easy to transition to higher support if needed. The center's programs balance structure with flexibility. Core elements include group therapy, regular medical check-ins, and skills classes. Eating disorder treatments add therapeutic meal support, individual and family sessions, and nutrition counseling. Clinicians use evidence-based approaches, solution-focused methods, and mindful movement. Tracks also include sleep and wellness education, with medication support available. For eating disorders, PHP runs five days a week for about eight hours and includes medical support, therapy, family involvement, and nutrition services. IOP meets five days a week for roughly four hours with supervised meals and counseling. For depression and anxiety, teens attend IOP four days a week for about three hours, while adults can choose a five-day IOP at approximately three and a half hours per day or a six-hour PHP.
