Provive Wellness welcomes anyone ready to embark on a life-changing journey to participate in their day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs for substance use and primary or co-occurring mental health disorders. Their bright, spacious facility in a charming Nashville suburb and their caring staff create a place where clients find unwavering support to achieve their goals, not just during their 30+ days of treatment, but also during their robust aftercare. Provive Wellness believes clients should have an active role in their recovery journey. To maximize the chances of achieving long-lasting wellness, their team of multidisciplinary experts works closely with clients and their loved ones to develop a comprehensive strategy that combines evidence-based therapies, holistic approaches, and a wide array of support services. Treatment modalities can include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (CBT) to help clients develop self-awareness, cope with emotions, change behaviors, and improve relationships. Clients with trauma can participate in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) sessions from an EMDR specialist. Therapy is offered in individual, group, and family formats, and led by trained facilitators with a focus on fostering empathy, support, and the exchange of insights and strategies. Clients are encouraged to take advantage of one-on-one sessions to explore and address specific challenges. Provive Wellness believes engaging in therapeutic activities can help clients process difficult emotions and foster self-expression. Their activity therapy combines creative outlets, such as art and music, and movement practices like yoga. These activities are known to promote emotional release, stress reduction, self-confidence, and personal growth, ultimately contributing to a more holistic and sustainable recovery journey. Provive Wellness knows that recovery is a long-term process and provides support accordingly. Upon completing an outpatient program, clients receive ongoing care through education, therapy, alumni programming, and relapse prevention planning. All clients receive a discharge plan, which may include referrals or appointments to other programs, doctors, psychiatrists, counselors, peer support, transitional housing, or any other supportive services they need for the next chapter of their journey.
