Clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, receive in-person or virtual care with access to a larger behavioral health network and hospital-level services. The team helps with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, geriatric/caregiver stress, and relationship issues. Therapists provide counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management, and also offer Spanish-speaking sessions. The clinic includes intensive outpatient groups (IOP) for structured behavioral health support. They use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), motivational interviewing (MI), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy. As part of Pine Rest’s network, the clinic also coordinates referrals to inpatient or day treatment (PHP) when appropriate.
