Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center Chicago offers treatment for mood and anxiety disorders and programs for adults. They offer intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs. Virtual versions of their IOP program is also available to clients. Pathlight treats depressive disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, co-occurring substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center Chicago provides modern and bright treatment spaces, including an art therapy room, dining area, group therapy spaces, shared bedrooms, and a kitchen. Clients can participate in evidence-based treatment methods such as 1-on-1 therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), family therapy, and art therapy during treatment. Additionally, the center offers specialized tracks based on age, gender expression , and ethnicities, such as a LGBTQIA+ process group. A travel concierge service is available to clients to assist with travel arrangements, dining, and shopping before and during treatment.
