Options Family Wellness Addiction Treatment Centre

Options Family Wellness Addiction Treatment Centre is a private residential program in Kelowna offering personalized alcohol and drug treatment plans. Care is grounded in 12-Step and BioPsychoSocial models and a holistic approach to co-occurring conditions. Services can include individual and group therapy, family therapy, and Social Recovery and Development. Options helps clients locate appropriate medical detox through external providers, but does not deliver detox directly. The Kelowna Centre supports First Nations clients with facilities and Elders who provide culturally structured care. A sweat lodge is available for ceremonial healing, and programming respects tradition, land, and community. Programming is delivered in welcoming spaces on site. These offerings integrate with clinical services to honor identity, encourage belonging, and advance whole-person wellness throughout treatment and recovery. After residential care, Options provides extensive aftercare with licensed addiction and family therapists. Clients can connect from anywhere via Skype, FaceTime Messenger, or Zoom for ongoing counseling, relapse-prevention support, and accountability. The aftercare model reinforces Social Recovery by helping build healthy relationships, routines, and meaningful activities that sustain long-term recovery.
