About New You Sober Living

Located on the lush South Florida coast, New You Sober Living offers transitional sober living options for men and women to recover safely from drug and alcohol addiction. New You offers two housing options: co-ed and men’s only. New You incorporates house rules and supervised structure, as well as community support. Managers are onsite 24 hours a day, to maintain a structured environment.
Residents are encouraged to attend weekly 12-Step support meetings (NA or AA), as well as New You’s on-site house meetings. There are curfews in place that vary between the weekdays and weekends, and residents are encouraged to seek and secure gainful employment. New You provides resume-building assistance and job seeking tips and strategies, as well as transportation to interviews.
New You provides valuable life skills training, and can help residents acquire bus passes, a driver’s license, and a social security card. Residents also receive training on budgeting skills and time management. With New You’s training, community, and support, residents can build confidence, self-worth, and motivation as they move into a life of recovery.
