Focus

At this center, you receive personalized care for mental health conditions. They provide therapy and tailor treatment to your unique needs, diagnoses, and preferences.

Lightfully Santa Monica Residential is a mental health treatment program for adults ages 18 and older with mental health challenges. Their residential program is designed to provide individualized and evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Therapy takes place in individual, group, and family settings, with clients receiving 3 individual sessions per week, daily group sessions, and a weekly family therapy session. Lightfully is pioneering the use of process-based therapy to address mental health concerns on an individual basis. This approach looks at each client on an individual basis and their interconnected processes rather than working to treat the conditions themselves. This holistic and compassionate approach is used to treat mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma-related disorders. Lightfully Santa Monica Residential offers a modern and comfortable environment for clients. The 6-bed home features shared and private rooms, lounge areas, and optional acupuncture and massage services. They are accredited by the Joint Commission and accept most major insurance providers.
