LifeStance Health has several locations that offer a national team of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners to provide treatment and evaluations for a variety of mental health or substance use disorders in-person and virtually. They offer specialty treatments using Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to treat treatment resistant depression as well as other mental health conditions. They use a variety of modalities to provide 1-on-1, group, family, and couples therapy. They offer gender-specific care, focusing on issues specific to men and women as well as age-specific care including needs pertaining to childhood behavior and later life transitions. The conditions they treat range from alcohol and drug issues to insomnia to postpartum depression, and more. Treatment plans may include therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness based stress reduction, solution focused therapy, and more. They also offer medication management when medication is needed to treat symptoms as well as various testing and evaluation to assess brain function and support proper diagnosing.
