The La Ventana’s staff works closely with the client to create highly-individualized treatment programs that are unique to the individual. Treatment is evidence-based and holistic and can include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, process groups, and mindfulness therapy. La Ventana has a unique music therapy program that is created by professional musicians in their state-of-the-art music studio. La Ventana is located in Thousand Oaks, California.
