Focus

This center treats mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. You receive collaborative, individualized treatment that addresses both issues for whole-person healing.

La Selva Group, part of Momentum for Health, has been serving the Bay Area community since 1979. They are a CARF accredited center that offers residential, transitional living, and outpatient services. Clients can expect weekly individual sessions with licensed therapists, family therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Both clients in residential and transitional living attend their close-by outpatient campus for therapy sessions. They strive to provide a therapeutic environment by getting clients involved in groups with peers and out in the community. La Selva Group has a few different homes to accommodate a variety of client needs. They offer a 24/7 care residential home and transitional homes and apartments. Each home is comfortable, clean, and located in beautiful residential neighborhoods. Bedrooms can be shared or private.
