Insight's Day Treatment (PHP) offers a structured atmosphere with individual and group counseling, while their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a step down from PHP. Patients will have the opportunity to engage in traditional talk therapy, outdoor therapy, yoga and meditation, acupuncture, and more. Insight Recovery offers a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere thanks to their setting in the therapeutic mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Their intimate, boutique-sized facility can host up to 16 residents at a time. Being so close to nature's beauty, Insight’s outdoor therapy program provides plenty of hiking activities in the nearby mountains. Insight Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission, accepts most private insurances, and has private pay options.
