Hope Rehab Center is an international drug and alcohol treatment center that helps men and women struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Hope Rehab Center has medical detoxification, residential care, and advanced sober living programs with SMART recovery, and sober coaching. Their program combines evidence-based and holistic therapies, and this includes individual and group sessions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation, mutual-aid-meetings, relapse prevention, a wide range of fitness activities, and Thai massage. Hope Rehab Center created a program called Hope Program that includes different experiential therapies and activities such as Thai boxing, biking, yoga, group therapy workshops, aftercare support, and 2 weekly counseling sessions.
