High Desert Counseling is an outpatient treatment program specializing in substance use and co-occurring disorders offering a variety of evidence-based treatment options, including day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient services, and continuing care. Their holistic programs include dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), group therapy, psychoeducation, family therapy, seeking safety, and relapse prevention strategies, tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Day treatment includes both group and individual therapy, conducted 4 days a week for 5 hours each day. Intensive outpatient treatment includes group and individual therapy sessions totaling 9 hours per week, typically lasting between 12 and 16 weeks. Standard outpatient treatment offers a flexible transition from more intensive programs, with the option for direct admission. Their continuing care includes recovery coaching, peer support groups, and ongoing outpatient care.
