This counseling clinic is dedicated to providing effective mental health counseling and psychiatry services. They have created a nurturing, supportive environment where individuals from the community can embark on a journey towards improved mental health, enhanced wellbeing and an enriched quality of life. They offer individual, couples and family therapy, as well as groups, workshops and yoga classes throughout the year for the community. Their areas of expertise include a variety of mental health conditions including post-traumatic stress disorder, other trauma-related disorders, anger management, anxiety, attachment issues, depression, bipolar, obsessive compulsive disorder and more. The clinic was started by a woman-owned veteran, making her mission to empower each individual to overcome life’s challenges.
