Harmony Recovery was founded in 2015 with one goal: to create a safe, supportive place where people struggling with addiction, mental health challenges, and eating disorders can finally find a safe space to heal. Their family-oriented team brings both professional and personal expertise, understanding just how overwhelming this journey can be. With multiple levels of outpatient care, each person can get the right support at the right time. At Harmony Recovery, everything starts with this one simple belief: recovery should be built around the individual. Every person’s story, struggles, and strengths are different—so their care is too. Through individual counseling, group support, trauma therapy, and other evidence-based methods, clients learn to navigate difficult emotions, break old patterns, and build healthy ways of thinking and living. Yoga and meditation help address the mental and physical toll of addiction, bringing clients back into balance. Harmony Recovery offers a calm, comfortable place to step away from daily life and focus on getting better. Located in Charlotte, the setting gives clients the breathing room they need while still keeping them close to home and loved ones. The space is clean and welcoming—not like they’re in a hospital, but like they’re in a place where real work can happen. Finishing treatment is only part of the story—real life doesn’t slow down afterwards. Harmony stays involved long after the program ends, helping clients figure out how to handle the everyday stuff that can feel overwhelming in early recovery.
