Located on Northwest Highway (Highway 14), Greater Family Health Franklin Park offers in person or virtual therapy and telepsychiatry for a broad range of mental health and substance use conditions, as well as primary care for clients in the northwest Chicago suburbs. The Palatine train station is a mile from the office, providing access for clients traveling via public transportation. Greater Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurance, and offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program for uninsured and underinsured clients. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. A licensed clinical social worker at the master’s level provides therapy for all ages, using a client-centered approach. Clients receive compassionate and empathetic therapy for concerns such as anxiety, relationships, depression, and other mood disorders./p> While in-person psychiatric services are not available at this location, clients can participate in virtual visits.
