Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Gaudenzia’s Kindred House is a residential facility for women struggling with substance use that allows women to bring their children along with them during treatment. Women receive trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-responsive care while having peace of mind that they will not lose custody of their children by seeking treatment. Participants engage in evidence-based individual and group counseling during their stay, which typically lasts 30-90 days. Gaudenzia is committed to assisting underserved populations regardless of circumstances. They accept medicaid as well as some commercial insurance and are able to assist with county funding when needed.
