Focus

This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.

At French Creek Recovery Center, individuals struggling with substance use disorders can receive detox and residential treatment in a secure, home-like setting that shields them from outside factors that may hinder their recovery journey. Each client is provided with a tailored treatment plan that caters to their particular needs. French Creek’s approach combines proven 12-Step methods with evidence-based practices that involve family participation, group and individual therapy, and holistic therapies. Treatment options include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, psychoeducational groups, as well as courses on spirituality, nutrition, and recreation that aim to strengthen ongoing sobriety. French Creek's family program offers a 4-week educational program held once a week on Saturdays. Each session is 90 minutes long and covers topics such as the impact of addiction on families, the recovery process, understanding the 12-Steps, building a strong support system, cultivating healthy relationships, and resources available to family members such as Al-Anon.
