Clients can choose 30, 60, or 90 day programs that include medical detox, evidence-based therapies, and holistic services. Foothills also offers a 14-day intensive residential package for those who can’t stay for the typical 30 days. They integrate a well-rounded balance of individual and group therapy sessions, 12-Step facilitation, social activities, exercise, healthy meals, and time for relaxation and reflection.
Therapeutic and educational groups help clients learn how to communicate honestly with themselves, while cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) addresses the negative thoughts and actions related to addiction.
