EOSIS Bridge is a 96-bed residential facility for men with substance use and co-occurring disorders located just outside of Saint Cloud. They are a CARF-accredited program dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care. EOSIS Bridge specializes in evidence-based therapies, medical services, family support, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), alongside comprehensive mental health services. Their dedicated care team develops personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique physical and mental health needs. A typical day consists of individual and group therapy sessions, complemented by wellness and social activities to promote holistic healing. Their men-only program allows for specialized gender-based care, while also providing patients with a strong sense of community.
