It supports people with mental health and co-occurring disorders like anxiety, depression, and substance use. With 24/7 care and a small, six-bed setting, the center stands out for offering personal attention and a strong focus on emotional healing. The program uses proven therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Clients also benefit from group therapy, art and music sessions, and medication support from an on-site psychiatrist. Evidence-based experts guide care to ensure the safest and most effective treatment for long-term recovery. Clients live in a cozy, structured setting with a nearly 1-to-1 staff ratio. Daily routines include morning meditation, group activities, and life skills training.
