At this center, you receive personalized care for mental health conditions. They provide therapy and tailor treatment to your unique needs, diagnoses, and preferences.

Located near the Historic Eaton County Courthouse and Crandell Park, this center offers outpatient care for youth and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and related concerns. Just minutes from downtown Charlotte and Interstate 69, it’s easy to access with available parking. Adult outpatient treatment typically lasts six to twelve months, while youth and families may receive in-home services through the Families Forward Program with personalized support. Eaton County Counseling Center uses a person-centered planning model to guide care, offering therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches. Adults may also receive eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), and health coaching. These services aim to reduce distress, build resilience, and support adjustment to life challenges. Case management and family therapy may also be available.
